One more city and then I’ll be headed home to you, sweetness. Your daddy is taking great care of you with Miss Susan. I am jealous he gets to watch you sleep. I told daddy that I may stay up all night watching you sleep when I get back. I miss kissing your sweet cheeks right before I go to bed. It’s been a blessed time here in NY though and we are doing great work. So many new friends have inspired my heart this week and last. I’m so grateful! God is changing us. Tomorrow we head to Boston. I am loving spending time with your Aunt Gina and Emily. I’m so grateful for how they help me focus on what matters. I’ve been drinking in these words today… ‘Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.’ (Colossians 3:12-17 NIV) Whatever I do, that’s what I want to focus on. That’s all that matters. I love you sooooo much, sweet pea! Love, Mommy
