“There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.” - Mark Victor Hansen
Just now, something that nearly crushed my business and my spirit when I first started the magazine, happened again. Smaller this time, but just as weighty. Instead of reacting, I acted. I acted from a place of calm and strength. I’ve been through this. I can get through it again. With this resolve, no matter what happens, it’s already taken care of.
In ALL things give thanks - 1 Thess 5:18
Be grateful for the things that feel like they will crush you. Be grateful for the challenges in life and in business that bring you to your knees. Every time they happen, you will ripen, grow, build strength, clarity, momentum and be better prepared for the next. Repeated crashing waves eventually turn jagged edges into smooth stones. This time, just two and a half years ago, I was broken. Now, I’m grateful.
